Sensory play (5-minute set-ups)

  • Frozen fruit bowl

    A tray of frozen berries and a spoon. Cold, squishy, gone in ten minutes.

  • Water + jugs

    15 min

    Bath, sink, or a washing-up bowl on a towel. Cups, spoons, funnel if you have one.

  • Cereal-box treasure dig

    Uncooked pasta and a few plastic animals hidden inside.

  • Sticker peel-and-stick

    10 min

    One sheet of stickers, one big piece of paper. Fine-motor gold.

  • Bubble wrap stomp

    Tape a strip to the floor. Instant giggles.

  • Shaving-foam window

    Foam on the glass door or the side of the bath. Wipes clean.

  • Wash the veg
